US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

There is a $5.00 shipping fee for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

    The Doll10 Brushes are Exceptional

    I own quite a few brushes from all of my years playing with makeup and I have my favorites that I rely on. The Doll10 Brushes I own are at the top of the list. They’re well made, they’re reliable, they’re very densely packed and yet extremely soft. They are literal workhorses and yet they stay beautiful looking for years. They are definitely worth every penny because they perform beautifully.
