If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. SOLUTIONS FOR SMOKEY EYES

Apply eye shadows wet or dry, as shadows or liners! Work with lighter shades in the crease of the eye. Blend in a medium shadow and add dark shades along the lash line to work your way to the softest looking smokey eye. When working with more hooded eyes, Blend the medium tones first. Create a crease above your natural crease to open the eyes and blend a dark shade along the lash line lifting upward toward the outer edge, to create the most flattering lifted smokey eye effect. Finally, apply a light color to the brow bone and to the inner corners of the eyes for a wide-eyed effect.
