I know all you dolls lead hectic lives—which is why Doll 10 Beauty is your go-to makeup brand to get you dolled up in 10 minutes or less! As women, we tend to look out for the benefit of others before ourselves. Whether that’s our parents, friends, significant others, kids, or siblings; we very rarely take the time to do what’s good for us.

One of the main things I’ve noticed throughout my transition from a college student to a full-time worker is that the food we put into our bodies affects our mood, weight, and of course our skin! By taking the time to take care of yourself and the food you eat throughout the week, you’ll not only be better suited to take care of your loved ones but ready to tackle any challenges that may come up during your busy life!

The main way I prep for my week is by taking an hour for myself on Sunday to prepare my weekly meals, and snacks!! I turn on some music, set out my containers and get to cooking! Here’s how you can do it:

Breakfast: Find your favorite protein muffin recipe, whip em’ up, and stick them in the oven! If muffins don’t do it for you, you can always make yourself some overnight oats, or oven baked eggs! (See recipes below) Divide everything you choose to cook by seven as an easy way to have a grab and go breakfast!

Lunch: Go to your local favorite restaurant, buy a salad to go and then split it up into five containers. Ten minutes, and ten dollars for a weeks worth of salad, yes please!!

Dinner: Cook seven pieces of chicken. You can season and dress this anyway you like. While the chicken is baking in the oven, take time to microwave your sides! I usually cook brown rice and broccoli. Once all this is done cooking, divide everything evenly into your containers.

Snacks: While your breakfast and dinner foods are cooking, make sure to set out plastic bags for the week and portion out almonds, and granola bars for when you hit your midday slump.

The above is just some food options for my busy dolls! You can also Pinterest meal prep to find more motivation, ideas, and inspiration! Clear heart, full stomach, can’t lose!

Xoxo,
Sabrina
