Q: Are your products Vegan?

A: We have lots of products that are currently vegan and all new product launches moving forward will be vegan, too! Check out our vegan product page here: https://www.doll10.com/collections/vegan-products

 

Q: How do I submit a return? 

A: As long as it is within our 30-Day Return Policy, feel free to ship it back to us using any carrier you choose and we will refund you the amount of products returned to your form of payment. Tip: save your tracking number. Return shipping address:

Q: Do you accept exchanges?

A: We only accept returns and not exchanges at this time. 

 

Q: Why is my coupon not working towards my purchase?

A: Are you trying to use the coupon code towards a collection? Coupons can only be applied to individual products and not collections or kits since they are already so heavily discounted. Also, only one coupon code can be applied at a time. 

 

Q: Are Doll 10 Products Gluten Free?

A: While the ingredients we use are gluten free, we cannot verify that the filler or packer are a gluten free facility & there could be exposure. Due to the severity of gluten allergies, we are not able to confirm our products are gluten free because of this.

Q: Where are you products manufactured?

A: It depends on the product specifically, but they are made in Italy, US, South Korea, Canada and Germany!
