Free USPS Ground shipping for domestic US orders over $75.

$6.50 flat rate for all other domestic shipments.

US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

There is a $5.00 shipping fee for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

    Horrible pigmentation

    No matter how much you put on it’s never dark. It wipes off easily. It’s not pigmented at all. Their eyeshadow is the only thing I wouldn’t buy from this company

    If you are cool toned, this is the only palette you will need! Talc free & highly pigmented and so blend so easily. 5 stars! I’m buying this for all my besties.

    Love Doll products

    I absolutely love this eyeshadow palette. I wear eyeshadow everyday to work. This eyeshadow stayed all day. The color is very pigmented and goes on so well. I was so happy at the end of my work day to still see how good the color was and how it had not come off at all. Great product.

    TO ME IT'S THE VERY BEST PALLET THAT'S OUT THERE IN THIS WORLD. SUPERB COLORS STAY ON ALL DAY AND NIGHT AND NEXT MORNING IF YOU DONT WASH YOUR FACE. I ALWAYS WASH MY FACE AT NIGHT BEFORE BED . SO ALL GOOD!!

    Blends like a dream. Doesnt show texture on lids. Sephora wishes they had a pallette as cohesive and neutral as this. My 52 year old go to!!
