US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

    Great, but...

    My eyelashes are a decent length, but have thinned as I have gotten older. I am 61. I am very picky about mascara and have tried so many. This performed fantastic for about a week, then started to flake badly onto my face by the end of the workday. I usually do 2 coats, so maybe this is where it went wrong?? (Today I am trying 1 coat, so I will see how this goes. I prefer the look of 2 coats, though.) The silicone wand is nice with the slim tip, but I am not sure if this gives me the separation I am looking for. It washes off okay for me, but not super easily, which I don't mind if it eliminates flaking. I want to try other mascaras in the Doll 10 lineup, but not sure which one I should try next.

    Great mascara

    This goes on fast and easy! I love it! Been using it for 2 years now! I’m 68 and it helps with my thinning eyelashes and stays on the whole day!!

    Best Mascara I Have Used

    I recently tried this mascara for the first time recently. I love the brush on it because it is so easy to use. I prefer a Brown shade to Black, and this mascara offers the Brown shade. For me, this is the mascara I will return to over and over again and, of course, I love that this brand is Cruelty Free.
