US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

There is a $5.00 shipping fee for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

    Disappointing

    It's not horrible, but after using the other Doll 10 concealer, it doesn't even compare. It doesn't cover nearly as well. I have to keep putting more on to get it to cover, and even then I haven't been very happy with it. I really should return it and just get the other one - if I could just remember the name.

    The best concealer!

    I’m 42. Suddenly, my concealer looked terrible. Thank you Erika Taylor for introducing me to Doll 10. I’ve had so many compliments since I changed up my skincare routine .. that includes makeup that is skincare. I also have super sensitive skin.
