Free UPS Ground shipping for US orders over $75. $6.50 flat rate for all other domestic shipments. The cost for international shipping is dependent upon destination. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for more details.

Return Policy

US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

There is a $5.00 shipping fee for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

    wonderful trio!

    I bought this trio on QVC and went back and repurchased another set. I am so glad to see it here as a trio. I just love all 3 products! My skin feels amazing and the smells are very light and soft. I don't think there is a fragrance added it's just the smell of the ingredients?

    Love this new line.

    The body lotion is so nice and creamy! Both the moisturizer and the serum absorb well without being sticky. The scrub is also great. Scent is light and marshmallow-y. Value is phenomenal for all three - don’t miss out on this one. Please bring more items in this line- maybe a hand cream for the purse? Love adding these to my clean beauty routine. Thanks Doll 10!
