US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

    Great working product, but came w/o the little brush this time

    This is the 3rd time I've bought this volume powder because it really works and I absolutely love it! Easily covers roots and the powder is dense, so it stays on all day. The only downfall is that this most recent powder compact didn't come with the small half-circle brush for application. :-( Not sure if it was forgotten during packaging, or if Doll 10 just isn't including them anymore. Either way, it was a bummer to not get a new brush w/ it like last time, but at least I didn't throw out my old brush so I guess I can use that even though it's kind of gross and past its prime.

    Can’t live without it

    This covers your gray hair instantly and it stays in until you wash it out. It’s perfect for covering up gray hair or just to give your hair a little brighter. This is the best product I have used to try to cover up gray without harsh chemicals on my hair And I love it for my eyebrows also

    It really works!

    I love how the salt and pepper covers the big cowlick part at the back of my head. It’s so hard to get my hair to cover it. This powder makes it so less noticeable.

    The little brush is easy to use for applying.

    As someone else said, Please don’t stop making this!!
