US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

A: Apply 1–2 pumps to clean skin after the balm. You can also mix it into foundation for added glow or press it onto the skin throughout the day for a quick refresh.

A: Yes. Both formulas are dermatologist tested and designed to be gentle while still delivering visible results.

Q: Can I use this morning and night?

    My first elixir!

    You can’t go wrong with Erica Taylor and Doll 10! This is my first elixir, and I have used it alone on my skin and also under makeup. I have tried it after putting on makeup and just tapping it on my face like she said and all three ways are perfect. This is another one I would highly recommend!
