US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

There is a $5.00 shipping fee for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

    Great coverage

    Great coverage foundation but I felt it to be a little thick. Feels great on skin especially winter weather. Did settle into my fine lines and make me look older after about an hour. Love all of doll 10 products and will keep this as back up because it feels great on my skin but the consistency isn’t right for my aging I guess.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

    I really love this foundation it reminds me of my favorite doll 10 foundation hydrogel which is not available anymore,I really miss it, please don't get rid of this one!! I am 80 yrs old and this covers all my problems it is not heavy or cakey and it plumps up my skin, I love it. Good job Doris keep it up your foundations are my favorites I have been using them since you started!!!
