US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

There is a $5.00 shipping fee for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

    Way better than I thought!

    Eyeshadow wears well! Blush is nice! But my favorite thing is the lip stain!! It really stays all day! So glad I took the chance and tried it!

    Holiday little pink box

    Loved the look and feel off the blush although I would like to try a different color. The liner was good and easy to put on the staying power was great. Shadows were a good selection of colors. The lipstain gave me my natural color back . So yes i recommend this box.
