US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

There is a $5.00 shipping fee for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

    Oh, myyyyy!!!! I never want to be without this!

    I had no idea that I would love this lipstick/plumper/gloss/softener/miracle worker stick so much! Forget traditional lipstick like I’ve always worn. This stuff makes me feel so pampered and so attractive. It looks so natural, yet with the right amount of color and shine. Not sticky, just super moisturizing! I want to buy one in all the colors!

    Overall I like the product. I ordered light/medium as I am pretty fair. But the color is very light. My partner actually said it makes me look sick.

    I looked at the medium and am nervous it will be too dark.
