US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

    Bring back original moisturizer

    Doll 10’s other moisturizer was my absolute favorite but they discontinued it. Having tried this I am not a fan of gel moisturizers. You have to apply a very thin layer or it will feel sticky. It takes too long to absorb into the skin. I wish you’d bring back the original moisturizer and eye cream please! You should have two options for those who don’t like certain textures and consistencies. Otherwise you’re alienating some of your shoppers causing us to find products with other beauty companies and we don’t want to do that.
