If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

    Using these products allows my skin to feel clean and fresh faced all the time! The Daily Dissolve Enzyme Cleansing Balm gets my makeup off and then I love the Clay Cleanser with Reishi Mushroom!!! It is so gentle, but cleans so well with the cleaning pad provided. Switching to Doll 10 has made a huge improvement in my skin and the makeup is light and feels like nothing on my skin.!!

    Cleansing Trio

    I was a little disappointed with these products. I like the cleansing balm. I do not love it. I didn't care for the scrub as much. It's a little too abrasive. Too harsh. And, I had a pretty substantial breakout both times I tried the scrub. Wouldn't recommend for sensitive skin at all.
