If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections.     Happy with the serum but not the dropper

    I love the serum but unfortunately I'm having a hard time getting the dropper to get the last 1/4 of the content of the bottle.

    Amazing

    I am IN LOVE with this in particular: Doll Skin Genius™ Hyaluronic & Reishi Mushroom Repairing Serum. I have no idea if it will DO anything, since I literally just got it last night, but I love how it makes my skin feel. The only thing about this I do not care for is the packaging. I feel that droppers and glass bottles simply do not allow you to get ALL of the product out.
