US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

    Wow!

    Wow, this Mushroom Milk is wonderful! For context, I will be 40 in a few months and have combination, perimenopausal skin that is more on the dry side. Skincare usually takes weeks to see any change so I wasn't expecting much after one use. I applied at night after cleansing and retinol but before moisturizer and I honestly woke up the next morning and my skin had more of a radiance to it! I'm so impressed! The consistency is beautiful, very silky, not sticky and absorbs very fast. My skin drank it in so fast. I also am acne prone and have been using it for days twice a day now and haven't had any issue. I'm loving this glow and hydration my skin feels. I swapped out the hyaluronic serum I was using, which was from another good brand, with this and I can feel this one working a lot better. I look forward to seeing what consistent use twice a day does for me.
