US Customers

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.

There is a $5.00 shipping fee for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

    The perfect makeup foundation

    I absolutely love the coverage I get when using this foundation. It’s light goes on beautifully on your face. Never cakey or dry looking. It is the perfect make up. I am 78 years old and believe me in those years of using make up. I have tried them all none of them could compare to Doll10. . I have different areas of my face that are not smooth or there is redness, etc. this make up covers everything. It gives you a glowing finished. Look where you feel like you could conquer anything that steps in your path! I love it!

    Amazing!

    This foundation is truly amazing. I have been using it now for about 10 years recently I had to purchase in a crunch another foundation I ended up purchasing three or four just to see if I would get coverage and I did not the great thing about it is you can return it if you don’t like it, which I have never done it hides all my pimples, Completely a life-changing for self-confidence

    Finally

    Finally, I have found a foundation that is perfect on my complexion! I have tried so many that were listed as neutral, but contained so much orange, they were ridiculous. I realize one will not find a foundation that matches perfectly, but this one is very close. It is also buildable and covers quite well. I am very impressed with the products from Doll 10.

    Good, not great.

    I like the coverage and illuminasity of the foundation. Initially it wears well. I work 12 hour shifts and it does not wear well that entire time. It settles into fine lines and creases and fades in areas. However, I do choose this for days I'm off work and will not need the wear time. Overall, it is a good not great.
