If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.     Perfect Product

    This is probably the best color match I’ve ever gotten on make up. The balm consistency is perfect for my aging skin. I’m 45, so those fine lines are starting to pop up! The coverage is incredible and it takes such a small amount of product to get it. The look is natural, but still a flawless look. No creasing or accentuating texture, or those wrinkles. I foresee this lasting at least 3 months or more, so a great investment. Will definitely be repurchasing!

    Absolutely love this product! My new, GO too!

    I absolutely love this product. It has such amazing coverage and glide on so smooth. It makes your skin on your face feel as smooth as a newborn babies bottom. My skin literally feels like velvet silk. It sets quite fast, which is great. I highly recommend this product to everyone. I am trying to order a new compact refill, but I’m having an issue with the site and every time I add it to my cart with the color light/medium, I go to the card again to check out and it changes the color to color Rich every single time. I have been trying to order the new compact refill for about 6 to 7 days now and it does the same thing each time . I emailed customer support so I am hoping that this is fixed in a nice timely manner and I can get what I need. If so, I will be coming back and writing a review about how good or not good in my experience with customer service was.

    The product itself, though is absolutely amazing and there’s a color for everyone

    Peptide Bounce Balm

    Hi, I received your product and the color is way too dark. I was not able to find the information for the return or exchange in a timely manner. The proof of purchase was in my Shop app.

    I was wondering if there was any way anybody could assist me in an exchange credit or refund . I will include a photograph of the product and wait to hear back from you thank you.. I tried multiple times to add a video put it would not attach. I am light skinned . I have been a dedicated customer for years and have purchased Doll 10 products many times .
