Step 1: Start by taking a nickel size of Cleansing Balm and rub into your skin, dry. Do not splash water on your face or hands before using this product. The balm works to remove makeup and other impurities that were accumulated during your day. After massaging into your dry skin, rinse off and pat dry. 

Step 2: Apply 1-2 pumps of Overnight Facial Serum and massage into your skin. This step is recommended every other night to start for the first 2 weeks of use. Then, this step can be applied 2-3 times a week after the intial 2. 

Step 3: Lock in moisture and cocoon your skin in nutrients with Peptide Bounce Jelly Prep Serum.  You can apply this after Step 2 after the Overnight Facial Serum has dried down. Or, when you are skipping Step 2, apply right after patting your skin dry from Step 1.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gently used products within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs, Route Insurance and carbon off-setting are non-refundable. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. At this time, we are not able to offer returns on TSV collections. If you would like to exchange the shade of your complexion product from your collection, please contact us at support@doll10.com.
